IMG Worlds of Adventure is the largest temperature-controlled indoor themed entertainment destination in the world with the capacity to welcome more than 20,000 guests a day, the destination features roller coasters, thrill rides, and other attractions based on popular Cartoon Network characters, iconic Marvel Super Heroes and animatronic dinosaurs. Other facilities include a variety of themed retail stores and dining venues and a 12-screen Novo cinema complex.

Important Information

IMG World closes during Ramadan
Refreshments in the form of water/cold drinks/juices will be provided.
Rides are not recommended for expectant mothers and those with neck or back problems
Children under 1.05m in height cannot go on most of the rides and are not charged entry
We do accept cash, or you can book online or over a phone or whatsapp and can pay on tour day to our guide
If you are 5 to 7 persons in a group, and want to decide own timing for the tour, we can do pick up at your desired time
All our vehicles are fully insured to include passengers in the unlikely event of an accident

Terms And Conditions

Booking should be made at least 48 hours in advance or subject to availability.
Pick-up and drop off will be provided upon confirmation of the booking, typically depending on the date of the tour or activity timing may vary.
All discount offers will apply on publish price, there will no discount on discounted prices
Seating Arrangement are first come basis, you may advise us in advance for any particular seats in any vehicle.
If guest failed to show up for any tour or activity, we will not provide alternative transportation method and no refund will be issued for any no show.
We reserve the right to charge 100% for any guest who does not show up upon pick up timing.
In case of bad weather or vehicle issue. We will arrange different method of provide service
We reserve the right to reschedule any itinerary or cancel any activity at any time, due to customer safety and providing quality service.
5% VAT will be levied on all bookings as per new UAE law.

Policies (Cancellation / Amendment /Refund)

Cancellation should be made 24 hours before to get a full refund

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the trip be charged 50% and 50% will be refunded ( Depend on Tour or Ticket Booking)
Full amount will be returned in 24 hours ( Bank cards upto7 days)
All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.
We reserve the rights on allocation of seating as per the availability.
All tours are operated on a SIC / Sharing basis unless requested and confirmed otherwise.
